Maintenance Technician

Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Shrewsbury, MA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems

• Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs

• Maintain and repair residential appliances

• Paint interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and perform surface repairs

• Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems

• Maintain pool cleanliness

• Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders efficiently

• Maintain a clean and safe environment across the property

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

• 3–5 years of experience in property, building, or facilities maintenance

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical
  , and appliance repair

• Must have own basic hand tools

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

• High school diploma or GED

• Must pass a background check

• Availability for on-call/emergency shifts
  , including some weekends

• Reliable and punctual
