• Perform service and maintenance on complex hydronic systems, controls, and equipment (boilers, radiant heating, zone valves, geothermal systems, etc.)
• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing fixtures: water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, faucets, valves, pipes, drains, and water filtration systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and system efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals accurately
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Lavallee Systems’ quality standards

• Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
• Valid Massachusetts Driver’s License with a clean record
• Team‑oriented with strong communication and customer service skills
