We are seeking a dependable, high-energy Fulfillment Associate for our client in Essex County, MA. This is a hands‑on role in a facility designed to support continued growth.

This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable being on their feet all day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can jump in and contribute immediately.

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Pull parts based on CSR team requests and prepare them for shipment
• Package, label, and inventory small tools and equipment
• Verify incoming goods against packing slips
• Assist with local customer product pickups
• Help ensure same‑day shipping deadlines are met (fast‑paced “after 3PM” rush environment)

• Comfortable standing and moving throughout the day
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills
• Comfortable working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven setting
• Team player with strong communication skills
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and support multiple departments
• Ability to multitask while maintaining organization
