Located along the shores of Chatham, Massachusetts, Chatham Bars Inn is a Forbes Five‑Star resort on 25 oceanfront acres. The inn has 217 rooms and suites, offers private beach, pool, bike rentals, bonfires, tennis courts, a spa, and Kids Crew sessions. The inn has a farm and six dining options showcasing local ingredients.

• Greet and welcome guests at assigned tables.
• Assist guests with orders, announce current menu and daily specials, fully explain menu items, and describe ingredients.
• Serve food promptly while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Attend to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant.
• Deliver bill requests and handle payments.
• Perform other tasks as assigned and adhere to Chatham Bars Inn Standards.

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience, fine dining service preferred.
• Availability to work through the fall.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work long hours and stay well groomed.
• Superior organizational skills and teamwork.
• Enjoy fast‑paced environment and follow direction well.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible with schedules and hours, including weekends & holidays.
• Can work with cleaning chemicals/products.
• Current TIPS Alcohol Certification or comparable alcohol service certification.

$6.75 per hour.
