DescriptionJob Summary: As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver a memorable guest experience. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards.
Responsibilities- Under the supervision of Chefs, Line cooks are responsible for executing cooking tasks, including: reading food slips, preparing and cooking food/dishes according to recipes, instruction and direction.
- Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques.
- Complying with hotel, city, county, and state fire, food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
- Working as a team. Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
