Shift Manager – $18/hour

Apply to lead a shift at McDonald’s. You’ll manage our crew, ensure quality, meet safety standards, and keep our customers satisfied.

• Lead shifts every week to uphold fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan and monitor each shift for performance, safety, security, and profitability.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth transition.
• Maintain quality control, food safety, and daily cleanliness.
• Schedule and train crew; manage inventory.
• Support departmental goals and meet shift targets.

• 18 years or older.
• Preferred prior leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule.
• Passion for fast‑paced environment.

• $18/hour starting salary; pay adjusted by location and certifications.
• 1 week paid vacation annually for full‑time managers after 1 year.
