• You will personally experience all activities and responsibilities of listing and selling, with an experienced, seasoned, licensed staff member by your side.
• No off-Cape training centers, no videos to watch.

• Sliding commission scale from 55% to 80%. With our own licensed Real Estate school on site, we offer our agents free Continuing Ed classes as well as a variety of workshops in all aspects of listing and selling.
• Free Electronic Leads and digital advertising, plus free print and direct mail marketing.
• Training and onboarding with paid staff who bring you up to speed on listing presentations, offers, contracts, inspections, etc.
• Seamless transition from your current brokerage with technology and staff support;
  Adwerx will assist you in keeping "front of mind" with potential and past clients, Moxi Works will manage your book of business, our customized agent platform provides remote access to listings, sales, company forms, advertising stats, etc., and ERA’s social media and marketing teams will support your listings.
