The Opportunity

As a Leasing Consultant
, you will be the face of the community, providing exceptional customer service while driving leasing goals and creating a seamless experience for prospective and current residents.

You’llhave the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management while helping shape a welcoming, thriving community.

Compensation: $21 to $23 per hour, based on your experience, with opportunities for commissions.

Schedule: Flexible work schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.

What You’llOwn

Leasing & Sales

  • Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents to the community.
  • Assistin completing market surveys and execute marketing strategies tomaintainstrong occupancy.
  • Process rental applications accurately and efficiently.
  • Guide residents through move-in,ensuring a smooth experience.

Resident Experience & Service

  • Provide superior customer service, responding promptly and professionally to resident inquiries or concerns.
  • Process maintenance requests and work with the team to ensuretimelyresolution.
  • Maintain resident files with completeness and accuracy.

Operational & Administrative Performance

  • Maintain daily updates of unit availability and community calendars.
  • Perform regular inspections to ensure all units meet Trinity’s move-in ready standards.
  • Support property management withadministrativeduties, phone support, and other tasks as needed.
  • Conduct move-out inspections andassistwith community turnover procedures.
  • Handle resident collection sin accordance with Trinity’s standards.
What You Bring
  • Customer Focus: Passion for providing a high-quality, personalized experience for residents.
  • Sales Drive: Consistently achieve leasingobjectiveswhile upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
  • Organization & Efficiency: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize wisely, andmaintainaccuraterecords.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with residents, prospects, and the team.
  • Problem Solving: Able to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts constructively.
Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required;additional education or certifications area plus(e.g.knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
  • Tech Proficiency: Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Experience with Yardi, Entrata,Elise

    AI,Celeriand social mediais a bonus.
Requirements

Availability & Travel

This positionwillrequireavailability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Active participation in team functions and regionalor company activities is expected.

Physical Demands

This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms. Occasional climbing may be required. Extended use of computers or telephones is also necessary. The rolemay require lifting upto 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance. The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms is essential. Candidates must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.
