Join our team as a Test Technician on the 2nd shift, responsible for performing manual and automated testing, calibration, and quality assurance of products.

• Perform manual and automated test, calibration, and adjustments of products.
• Evaluate test failures and determine if repair or re‑alignment is required.
• Learn, understand, and utilize PC‑based software and related tools (e.g., STE, TME, ETMS).
• Work and adhere to quality standards for ISO 9001, ANSI/NCSL Z540‑3, and ISO/IEC 17025 client quality program.
• Assist in maintaining the Calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality assurance programs, and applicable training.
• Complete required forms, reports, and other documentation per assembly instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year related work experience and a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calibrate instruments both manually and with automated test procedures; experience using automated calibration software is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand schematics, BOMs, and other engineering documents.
• Must work independently with minimal supervision and effectively collaborate with team members, customers, and management while maintaining business ethics.
• Understanding of project timelines, goals, and the ability to lead to complete those requirements.
