• Leading and mentoring our garden crew using the best horticultural practices
• Working with clients to suggest and install small garden enhancements
• Managing seasonal care, including pruning, planting, weeding, and cleanups
• Identifying pest, disease, or plant health issues and solving them proactively
• Building trusted relationships with our clients by consistently showing up, communicating clearly, and delivering results
• Operating in all weather conditions—because the gardens don’t stop when it rains

• 2+ years of hands‑on gardening or landscaping experience
• Strong plant s and knowledge of New England horticulture
• A passion for gardens and mentoring others
• Excellent communication and a client‑first mindset
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bonus if you have experience in upselling enhancements or doing small garden design

As a lead gardener, you’ll bring your experience and plant knowledge to the field each day, guiding a team and maintaining some of the area’s most beautiful properties. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Maintenance Manager to deliver exceptional care—and inspire your team to do the same.

• Hourly Pay: $24–$28/hour based on experience
• Commissions: Earn bonuses on client‑approved garden enhancements
