- Leading and mentoring our garden crew using the best horticultural practices
- Working with clients to suggest and install small garden enhancements
- Managing seasonal care, including pruning, planting, weeding, and cleanups
- Identifying pest, disease, or plant health issues and solving them proactively
- Building trusted relationships with our clients by consistently showing up, communicating clearly, and delivering results
- Operating in all weather conditions—because the gardens don’t stop when it rains
- 2+ years of hands‑on gardening or landscaping experience
- Strong plant s and knowledge of New England horticulture
- A passion for gardens and mentoring others
- Excellent communication and a client‑first mindset
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and handle physically demanding work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bonus if you have experience in upselling enhancements or doing small garden design

As a lead gardener, you’ll bring your experience and plant knowledge to the field each day, guiding a team and maintaining some of the area’s most beautiful properties. You’ll work hand‑in‑hand with our Maintenance Manager to deliver exceptional care—and inspire your team to do the same.
Salary & Benefits What’s In It for You- Hourly Pay: $24–$28/hour based on experience
