  • 1 Evening Nurse Supervisor (RN), 3 PM – 11 PM
  • 1 Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN), 7 AM – 7 PM

Responsibilities
  • Maintaining and restoring health of resident patients.
  • Acting as main point of contact between residents and their families.
  • Addressing and preventing concerns from family members.
  • Assisting in developing, implementing and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
  • Supervising, counseling, and providing discipline when necessary to nurse staff to ensure highest quality care.
  • Ensuring the unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing, Nurse Practitioners and Physicians to plan and maintain resident care.
  • Completing admission and discharge assessments.
  • Overseeing and auditing changes made to care plans.
  • Delivering hands‑on care and medication distribution as needed.
  • Auditing and completing charting, evaluations, medical forms and other administrative tasks.
  • Identifying procedural problems and working with the Director of Nursing to resolve issues.
  • Evaluating, prioritizing and meeting the care needs of each resident.
