We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team at our Outpatient Clinic. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment. As an Outpatient Clinic RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality primary care to a diverse patient population. With a specific focus on outpatient primary care, this role demands a high level of professionalism, clinical expertise, and patient empathy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional patient care in an outpatient primary care setting, ensuring a high level of comfort and safety at all times.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and interpret test results.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and the appropriate management of illnesses and injuries.
• Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in outpatient primary care.
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to nursing practice.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Experience working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or in primary care/community health setting is highly desirable.
• Exceptional clinical skills with a strong focus on patient safety and quality of care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population and multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Commitment to continued professional development and lifelong learning.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
