LPN Part-Time
Work Schedule:
PART TIME POSITIONS AVAILABLE 8-hour shifts. Shift times available:
Days – 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Populations:
Adult and Pediatric Units.
- $32.00 – $36.00 per hour based on years of experience.

Responsible for the safe and efficient dispensing of medications to patients consistent with the organization's procedures and as ordered by the Medical Director or Physician. Perform job duties with a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
Essential Functions- Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received from suppliers and dispensed to patients.
- Chart medication administration in nurse’s notes accurately and timely.
- Document nursing care provided, maintain appropriate records related to patients’ progress and activities accurately and timely.
- Safeguard all medication stock and required records governed by the DEA, FDA, and ADP.
- Perform urine collection, processing, documentation, and reading of test results as ordered by program physicians.
- Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, coworkers, and others effectively.
- Follow the policies of the organization, as well as federal and state laws and regulations.
- Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- One or more years’ nursing experience within clinical areas of service provided by the facility preferred.
- Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
- CPR and de‑escalation/resraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- First aid may be required based on state or facility.
