Position Overview
At Broad Reach Healthcare in Chatham, Cape Cod, we are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Nurses (LPN & RN) to join our team.
Pay range: $31.00 to $47.50 per hour, depending on experience.
Sign‑on bonus: $12,000 for full‑time nurses (pro‑rated for part‑time).
Employee housing is available for full‑time staff.
Requirements:
You must hold a valid Massachusetts Nursing License – RN or LPN.
Responsibilities:
You’ll provide consistent, high‑quality nursing care to residents who call our community home. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity each day.
