Broad Reach Healthcare is hiring a dedicated Night Shift Nurse to provide consistent, high‑quality nursing care to residents at the Liberty Commons Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Chatham, Cape Cod, MA.
Shift & CompensationShift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $31.00 – $47.50 per hour (based on experience)
Sign‑On Bonus: $12,000
- Provide daily nursing care and medication administration according to each resident’s care plan.
- Observe, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team.
- Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
- Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness.
- Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations for long‑term care.
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required).
- Previous experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team.
- Competitive pay: $31.00–$47.50 per hour (based on experience).
