We’re seeking motivated new graduates and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact. Location: Flex between Hadley, Pittsfield, and Ludlow, Massachusetts.

Your Impact
  • Provide Patient‑Centered Care:
    • Conduct health assessments, physical exams, and review medical histories to address short‑ and long‑term patient needs while staying committed to high‑quality, efficient patient care.
    • Interview patients, perform physical examinations, and obtain, update, and study medical histories.
    • Administer or order diagnostic tests (e.g., x‑rays, electrocardiograms, laboratory studies) and interpret test results.
    • Administer injections and immunizations, suture, manage wounds, and treat infections.
    • Empower patients with knowledge about their health, describe therapeutic regimens, and provide wellness counseling.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Prepare clear, complete, accurate, and legible medical records for each patient under your care. Type, edit, and electronically sign all office notes, reports, and records using EMR in accordance with company policies.
    • Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with company and state procedures, rules, and regulations.
    • Protect patients and employees by adhering to infection‑control policies and protocols.
    • Comply with legal and professional requirements, including studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.
  • Collaborate with a Team: Work collaboratively and pro‑actively with other providers and health‑care practitioners within your clinic to efficiently treat patients and plan coordinated dispositions.

    Education:

    Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Who You Are
  • Education, Licensure, &

    Certifications:

    • Master’s degree and certification by a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) certifying body.
    • DEA license with no restrictions.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross). CPR, ACLS, or online‑only classes are not accepted.
  • Relevant

    Experience:

    Clinical experience gained through rotations or other settings in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care is preferred.
  • Excellent Team Player: Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a strong team dynamic.
  • Proactive and Confident Communicator: Able to address concerns proactively and communicate directly with colleagues and patients.
  • Compassionate, Patient‑Focused: Provides kindness and understanding to patients while fostering a community of belonging.
  • Technically Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software and clinical management systems (EMR).
  • Strong Knowledge of:
    • Customer and personal service principles.
    • Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable medical practice rules.
    • Current principles, methods, and procedures for medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment.

Massachusetts Pay Transparency

Hourly Pay Range for this Position: $52 – $60 USD
