Service Net is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide personal, manageable, and truly meaningful care in our Developmental Brain Injury Services residential programs. These programs support adults with developmental disabilities or brain injuries in community homes designed for safety, stability, and dignity.

The role is full‑time and based in West Springfield, with program locations in Wilbraham, Feeding Hills, Easthampton, Springfield, and Hadley. Predictable 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m. schedules are available, with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified candidates.
Job Responsibilities- Champion health and well‑being by monitoring individuals, coordinating care, and ensuring communication across medical providers.
- Document care thoroughly, including progress notes, daily logs, and nursing interventions.
- Ensure safe medication administration following MAP standards.
- Train and support program staff in essential care techniques and assistive equipment.
- Promote independence through ADL support and goal‑oriented skill‑building.
- Accompany individuals to medical appointments and community programs.
- Contribute to team operations with additional responsibilities as needed.
- Valid Massachusetts nursing license (LPN or RN).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to meet physical requirements for the role.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Rates are based on experience, education, and clinical skill level:
• LPN: $33–$38/hr.
• RN: $38–$42/hr.
