Travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) in Hadley, MA. This travel LPN opportunity offers rewarding clinical experience in long-term care, with the chance to make a difference in residents  lives in the Pioneer Valley.

Location:

Hadley, MA 01035. Shift: Evening (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, 8-hour shifts). Assignment length: 4 weeks (9/3/2025 – 9/30/2025). Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. Estimated weekly salary range: $1,450–$1,560.

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents  health status and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain a safe, supportive environment.
• Respond promptly to urgent care needs and assist with vaccine administration as needed.

• Active LPN license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living.
• Experience working evening shifts in a clinical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
