• Must possess valid unencumbered, RN State License and current CPR certification
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
• Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
• Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

• Assure appropriate utilization of resources necessary for the delivery of quality patient care
• Communicate with other departments, patients, and families to ensure a coordinated interdisciplinary approach
• Oversee staff and assist when needed
