Weekend Home Health Visits Registered Nurse – Part‑time position with flexible schedule options and premium pay. Sign‑on bonus: $10,000.

Bayada Home Health Care needs a licensed RN to perform home visits for adult and geriatric clients in Dartmouth and surrounding towns (Somerset, New Bedford, Fairhaven, etc.). The role requires a valid RN license in Massachusetts and at least one year of recent clinical experience. Prior home health experience is strongly preferred.

• Follow designated care plans in accordance with patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform assigned duties, including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients’ conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors’ orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.

• Current Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience.
• Preferred: prior home health care experience.

• Base pay: $58.00 – $62.00 per point, depending on qualifications.
