The adoption of large language models (LLMs) in corporate settings is hindered by the “hallucination problem,” where AI models produce inaccurate or entirely fabricated responses. For regulated industries and high-risk applications, this issue is preventing LLM use altogether. Based on R&D to meet the complex requirements and high-performance demands of the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Jaxon combines the power of large language models (LLMs) with formal logic, ensuring outputs are accurate, auditable, and compliant for critical data workflows.

We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who enjoys being hands‑on and turning ideas into execution. This role is ideal for someone who likes building momentum through consistent content, keeping marketing programs running smoothly, and supporting a growing brand across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, contribute to campaigns and events, and help ensure our marketing efforts are organized, on‑brand, and moving forward.

This is an execution‑focused role with room to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.

The basics of this role require:

• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar across key platforms, including publishing content and engaging thoughtfully as the company to support brand presence and thought leadership
• Create and publish original social content, including copy, basic graphics, and short‑form videos
• Coordinate and support virtual webinars, including promotion, setup, and follow‑up
• Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, and other marketing content
• Perform light graphic design and basic video editing using Adobe tools (e.g., creating visuals and splicing short social clips)
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn ideas, product updates, and events into marketing assets
• Ensure brand consistency across all content and channels
• Experience with everyday usage of Hub Spot or other CRM tools.
• Maintain organized marketing assets, templates, and documentation to support consistent
• Basic familiarity with marketing KPIs and comfort tracking performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics when access is provided

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter with discipline to work with minimal supervision to achieve objectives.
• Attention to detail, especially when publishing content and representing the brand publicly
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly on content and campaigns
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment
