Driver​/Distribution Coordinator

As a Distribution Coordinator at MKS Instruments, you will partner with our warehouse department, assisting in the shipment and receiving of goods. In this role, you will report to the Materials Supervisor.

This is a second shift position, Monday - Friday, 1:30 - 10pm.

• Perform the physical or administrative/physical tasks involved in the shipping,
• receiving, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
• Unpack and check goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintain records of received goods, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
• Lift heavy items and may operate a forklift.
• Prepare and maintain records of merchandise shipped. Post weights and shipping charges and prepare goods for final shipment.
• Examine, stock and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• May prepare kitting packages for assembly production and customers.

• Completion of high school, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.
• Requires experience in shipping, receiving and stores, and reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• 1+ years of related experience in a warehouse environment.
• 2+ years of driving box trucks experience.
• DOT Certification eligibility required.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for 50-75% of the time.
• Shift flexibility.

Pay Range: $ 14.72 - 24.53 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

Bonus:
This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
