• Perform finishing techniques such as burring, reaming, tapping, polishing, and blasting
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
• Follow operation sheets, customer blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure the highest quality standards in every product
• Collaborate with a supportive team in a fast‑paced, innovative environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable with basic math
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and blueprints
• A team player with a strong work ethic

We offer market competitive compensation. Potential salary range for this role is $18.00–$30.00 hourly wage. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
