What You'll DoPerform s a variety of repetitive duties to set up and operate a rotational molding machine to produce various sizes of plastic containers and custom products. Perform s a variety of secondary operations to roto-molded products as required.
- Work s from both written and verbal instructions.
- Understand s and follow s standard safety and manufacturing procedures as documented.
- Understand s and follow s established company and department policies and procedures.
- U se s a variety of powered and manual hand tools, motorized hoists, gantries and other equipment used in the production process.
- R ead s and understand s basic information on blueprints and manufacturing work orders needed to produce product that meets required specifications.
- Perform s or assist s in machine operations to set up and service molds, monitor instrument controls, check product quality, and make adjustments as required.
- Demonstrate s and share s technical knowledge with others in training.
- Perform s secondary operations on molded product as required.
- Maintain s work area(s) and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition.
- Maintain s daily production and other records as required.
- O perate s a rotational molding machine with minimum supervision.
- Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement. F ollow s safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job.

Work Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:15am Eastern Time
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Must have basic math skills including binary operations (+-/*) and decimal/fraction conversions.
- Must be able to read and record measurements with precision and accuracy; identify and utilize detailed part names, numbers, and critical characteristics.
- Must have ability to learn/use a variety of measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, inside/outside micrometers, verniers, pin gauges, height gauges, radius gauges, protractors, and dial indicators, optical comparators and coordinate measuring machines.
- Must be able to follow written and/ or verbal instructions with manual or electronic reporting of results.
- Must be able to learn, comply, communicate and report compliance or deviation to processes and product quality standards.
- Must have ability to complete work under minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in various production areas including, but not limited to, receiving, warehouse, quality control, assembly/fabrication, rotational molding and injection molding.
- Must be able to communicate and interact effectively and cooperatively both verbally and in writing with vendors, contractors and employees at all levels of the organization.
- 1 year operating plastic molding machine or similar machinery operation experience.
- Must be able to understand and follow all established safety procedures and guidelines.
