Production Operator

• Competitive hourly pay:
• 1st Shift: $19.25/hr
• 2nd Shift: $20.50/hr

• Operate machinery and equipment in a safe, consistent manner
• Assemble, package, or process product according to work instructions
• Perform basic inspections and quality checks
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Document production activity and elevate issues when needed
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
• Cross-train in different areas as needed

• Some previous manufacturing or production experience required
• Stable work history is required for all positions
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
