Machine Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with extrusion machines, but we are willing to train the right individual. This is a 3rd shift position, with mandatory training on the 1st shift for the first six weeks. • Operate and monitor extrusion machines to ensure efficient production
• Set up machinery according to company specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Document production data and submit reports as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

• Previous experience operating machinery; extrusion machine experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must be willing to train on 1st shift for six weeks
