20070-1 Quality Control Level 3, Chelmsford, MA (Secret/Prior Secret)

Performs all types of inspections to support all phases of assembly and manufacturing, including but not limited to subcontracted and purchased parts. Must have a thorough knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation, mathematics, instrument reading, and a complete understanding of wiring diagrams. Must know how to use basic measuring equipment to perform continuity checks on assemblies and components, and possess basic personal computing literacy.

Required to fully understand the workmanship acceptance criteria used on the production floor. Must have thorough knowledge of paperwork and documentation associated with inspection functions, and be able to document errors or discrepancies neatly and legibly. Knowledge of correct procedures and precautions is essential to prevent equipment damage, material loss, and injuries. Must maintain a neat and orderly work/inspection area.

Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Shift: Night Shift, Full-Time (Mon‑Thu) 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM. Contractor will begin on the first shift for 4‑6 weeks before moving to the second shift. First‑shift training:
Day shift, Full‑Time (Mon‑Thu) 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
