Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembly Tech I to join our team in West Boylston, MA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. • Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled items meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
