About the Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced machinist who has completed a CNC Machining Program. You will have the opportunity to work with an inspiring team of experienced machinists and engineers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines and related equipment where programs, fixtures, and methods have been developed.
  • Work with our engineers and programmers to make all edits and adjustments as required to produce parts to work orders/blueprint specifications/sketches.
  • The ability to operate more than one machine in a cellular environment is required.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of feeds and speeds and a working knowledge of cutting tools and their application.
  • Inspect work for all dimensional features as required.
  • Produce quality and quantity of work in accordance with company requirements.
  • Responsible for accurately completing paperwork relating to counts, scrap, time, etc. According to company policy.
  • Perform duties always exercising good machining practices.
  • Maintain area, equipment, and tooling in a neat, safe, orderly condition including operator maintenance sheets.
  • Maintain coolant tanks and fill as necessary.
  • Train, guide, and assist other employees as required.
  • Observe all company policies, rules, and regulations including good housekeeping, safety, and security.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
  • 5–7 years or more as a CNC machinist operator.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full‑time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. The company cannot offer employment to visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full‑time basis.
  • Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
  • Ability to understand and interpret blueprints and sketches.
  • Understanding of G and M codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Willingness to attend off‑site training and be willing to learn.
  • Ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
