Now Hiring! CoWorx is looking for a 1st shift production Associate in the West Brookfield, MA area! Join a fast-paced, hands‑on manufacturing environment where teamwork and precision matter.

West Brookfield, Massachusetts

• Work in pairs to lift and transport thin coil copper bars (approx. 30 lbs each) from storage to the bending machine
• Load bars into the bending machine using preset specifications and start the bending cycle
• Move finished bars to designated racks
• Apply plastic insulating strips to copper bars before they are stacked and prepared for heating
• Assist in preparing materials for the oven

• Ability to lift and move 30 lbs with a partner
• Comfortable working on your feet in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work required overtime
• Steel‑toe footwear required (employee expense)

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 30‑minute unpaid lunch (12:00–12:30)
• Two paid breaks: 9:00–9:10 & 2:00–2:10
• Saturday OT Available: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities
• Team‑oriented environment
• Hands‑on, active workday

$19.00/hr.
