We blend startup agility with deep domain knowledge, fostering high-performance engineering teams and scalable platforms from the ground up. From embedded systems to AI-driven enterprise platforms, we’re redefining the edge of possibility.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Assembly Technician to join our team in a fast-paced prototype environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment, incorporating design upgrades and in some cases modifying parts as required. Familiarity with machine shop tools such as lathes and milling machines would be helpful. Prior experience with 3D printing would be helpful as would any experience with refrigeration components.

What you’ll do:
  • Assemble mechanical subassemblies based on exploded drawings and help create basic work instructions.
  • Navigate CAD models in OnShape to assist with the assembly process.
  • Help keep component inventory organized and identify shortages.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Work with engineering to identify solutions to design issues and assist with modifying prototype parts.
What we’re looking for:
  • 1–3 years of experience in a fabrication, assembly, or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and job specifications.
  • Proficiency in the use of fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., lathes, milling machines, wood‑working tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer skills (e.g., data entry, work order tracking systems).
  • High school diploma or GED required. Technical or vocational training in machining, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
  • Be part of a close‑knit, entrepreneurial team shaping the future of robotics and automation.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
