Dining Services Coordinator

Sunrise Senior Living -  - Responsibilities:
Provide overall management of the dining and hospitality operations, including food preparation and service in accordance with Sunrise programs.;
Lead and supervise dining room staff, hire, train, and develop team members, and manage scheduling and timekeeping.;
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, HACCP, and local health department regulations; maintain accurate records and inventories.;
Manage department budget, monitor expenses, and review monthly financial statements; coordinate with leadership for staffing and cross-training.;
Engage with residents and families to ensure high levels of satisfaction and support special events and Reminiscence programming.
