Who We’re Looking For
- Proven history as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi‑Family Wood Frame, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

At Dellbrook|JKS you will:
- Implement Standard Operating Procedures to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Oversee and document day‑to‑day job site activities, managing teams in alignment with project plans.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high‑performance environment.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration through regular communication with the Project Management team.
- Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating for effective solutions.
Leadership

Scheduling
- Using MS Project, establish and implement the Project Baseline Schedule, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.
- Update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.
- Provide weekly updates of the three‑week look‑ahead schedule.
Quality Management
- Establish pertinent benchmarks for the project and integrate them into the baseline schedule.
- Implement the Dellbrook|JKS QAQC SOP, ensuring our quality standards are upheld.
- Oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high‑quality standards.
Safety
- Schedule safety pre‑construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project‑specific safety plans.
- Regularly review the project site to guarantee adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
Physical Requirements
- Must have the ability to walk the job site including the ability to climb ladders and traverse uneven surfaces.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time for meeting attendance and computer work.
- Must be able to provide own transportation to job sites.
