Controller, Management, Financial Manager

• Manage a staff of 5 employees including overseeing their work, mentoring to develop their careers, and ensuring proper communication within the team
• Oversee the Finance Department including managing the accounting processes, overseeing grants billing and contracts, ensure year-end regulatory filings, and ensure GAAP compliance
• Review month-end close, provide the monthly P&L statement to each department, create quarterly forecasts and summary, and oversee annual external audit
• Monitor company assets and perform reconciliations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or experience equivalent (+4 years)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting
  • Nonprofit and/or healthcare experience is a major plus

Salary Range:
