• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple SNF Dialysis sites.
• Provide leadership and direction to drive operational results.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Associates Degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing direct teams; managed care and multi-site experience preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment.
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook.
• Experience managing daily operations, staffing, budget/PnL, stakeholder relationships, growth and strategy.
