Dean of Admission

Deerfield seeks a strategic relationship-centered admission leader to serve as its next Dean of Admission. Reporting to the Chief Enrollment Officer, the Dean will lead and empower a high-performing admission team and take a hands-on leadership role in refining internal systems and implementing data-informed strategies. In collaboration with the Chief Enrollment Officer, senior leadership team, faculty, and communications colleagues, the Dean of Admission will help shape recruitment and messaging that broaden Deerfield’s reach and reflect the heart and soul of its community.
