** Job Overview
** As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and directing multiple programmes of work, with an overall budget of £100-200m across a 5-year AMP cycle. You will play a key role in ensuring projects meet Water Industry National Environment Programme (WINEP) and Outcome Delivery Incentive (ODI) outcomes, while managing complex, strategic, and tactical growth and maintenance schemes.
** Responsibilities will include:
*** Lead the day-to-day management of the Wastewater Network Developer Service Delivery team, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
* Provide leadership to the Wastewater Capital Delivery teams responsible for network growth and maintenance.
* Drive continuous improvement in programme delivery, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
* Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* Oversee the financial forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting of major infrastructure projects.
** About You**

* Experience:

** Extensive experience in infrastructure program and project delivery, particularly in the water or utilities industry.
* *
* Experience:

** Proven experience of designing and building of contracts.
* ** Leadership:
** Proven ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, with strong delegation and problem-solving skills.
* *
* Qualifications:

** Degree in Science, Engineering, or Management (or equivalent experience). Chartered status or working towards it is highly desirable.
* *
* Certifications:

** APM Project Professional Qualification, Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner, and NEC for Project Managers.
