Equity Lifestyle Properties - - Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance duties including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial tasks;
Ensure amenity spaces are well maintained and functioning;
Move heavy objects and potentially drive maintenance vehicles as needed;
Report maintenance concerns to management and perform repairs;
Attend morning staff meetings and communicate with management and staff on maintenance projects
