Skills and Experience:
Minimum of two years of leadership experience. Minimum of five years of hands-on plant maintenance experience. Prefer experience with maintenance and repair of conveyor belts, industrial machines; electrical, hydraulics. Ability to train and develop employees. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Job Summary:
Plans, directs and controls the efforts of the Maintenance Department to maintain plant equipment and facilities commensurate with good engineering practices.
Base pay range and incentives:
The expected base pay range for this office/on-site position is $80,000 - $108,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. This position is eligible for incentive pay.
