What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Engage with customers via Zoom calls and email as a technical consultant during the post-sales journey, providing product, solution, and best-practice guidance
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to implement Git Lab use cases, including source code management and Dev Sec Ops
  • Deliver practical, customer-specific enablement through webinars, hands‑on labs, and on‑demand engagements
  • Provide technical and architectural guidance to help customers adopt Git Lab capabilities
  • Develop and deliver workshops, demos, and reusable enablement content in collaboration with cross‑functional partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Experience supporting one or more Git Lab use cases (source code management, continuous integration, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Dev Sec Ops  tools or adjacent highly technical tooling
  • Technical background in software development or systems engineering
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly in writing and live settings
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience operating as a trusted technical advisor in a post-sales environment
  • Continuous learning mindset, including maintaining specialty competency through training and certification
  • Familiarity with creating reusable examples for customer use
