Ourtechnologyteam is made upof a team of Software Engineers, Testers, Dev Ops Engineers, Security Engineers, UX Designers, Quantitative Analysts and Data Base Analysts.
We build software for our clients that range across multiple sectors and industries as well as tools for our internal users to help them better serve our clients.
Our team is a global team located in four different countries and multiple time zones. We interact daily with each other as well as our key business stakeholders to ensure quality and speedy delivery of our product offerings.
The Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) plays a critical role in enabling Chatham’s technology strategy by ensuring our identity, authentication, and authorization capabilities are secure, scalable, and deliver an exceptional end-user experience.
In this role you will:Be responsible for leading Strategic Planning & Roadmaps including:
Partner ing with Product Management to define and execute a long-term IAM product roadmap aligned with business objectives , client needs, and regulatory requirements.
Partner ing with Enterprise Architecture to design and evolve a long-term technical roadmap for identity, authentication, and authorization platforms.
Balanc ing near-term delivery commitments with long-term platform scalability, resilience, and modernization goals.
Provide Engineering Leadership & Delivery including:Lead ing and grow ing teams of engineers responsible for all Identity and Access Management capabilities, including authentication, identity lifecycle management, and complex fine-grained authorization.
Oversee ing the design and delivery of role , attribute , and relationship-based access control models using modern authorization platforms.
Establishing strong engineering practices focused on secure-by-design development, operational excellence, reliability, and performance.
Managing
IAM projects, budgets, and vendor relationships
Establishing and enforcing IAM policies, standards, and procedures
Be accountable for Security & Risk Management including:Own ing the security posture of IAM platforms, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, internal security standards, and regulatory expectations.
Partner ing closely with Information Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to support audits, threat modeling, and incident response related to identity and access.
Champion ing zero-trust and least-privilege principles while enabling pragmatic, business-aligned outcomes.
Enable Customer Experience & Commercial Growth byEnsur ing that all end-user onboarding to Chatham technology products is secure, intuitive, and frictionless.
Collaborat ing with Marketing and Marketing Technology teams to maintain a single, unified enterprise view of end users and customers.
Partner with UX teamtoenableconsistent identity experiences across products while supporting future growth, new offerings, and evolving customer journeys.
Lead People & Organizational Design byLead ing effective performance management and professional development for IAM engineering teams.
Perform ing strategic workforce planning to ensure the right skills and capacity to deliver against both short- and long-term roadmaps.
Foster ing a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field;
