• Design Leadership:
  Lead end-to-end design for complex web/mobile applications, defining user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• User Research:
  Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights, build personas, and create user journey maps.
• Development & Implementation:
  Translate designs into clean, efficient code using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Collaboration:
  
  Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing to align design with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Mentorship:
  Guide and mentor junior developers and designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and best practices.
• Design Systems:
  Maintain and evolve the organization's design system for consistency and scalability.
• Performance & Accessibility:
  Optimize UI performance and ensure designs meet WCAG accessibility standards.
• Experience:
  
  10+ years in UI/UX design and front-end development.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing complex projects, strategic thinking, and hands-on development.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Mastery of Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a major framework (React, Angular, Vue).
• UX Principles:
  Deep understanding of user-centered design, design thinking, and usability principles.
• Soft Skills:
  
  Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
