Duration: 6 months
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR processes, customer service or related areas, and a High School degree or equivalent.

- High School degree or equivalent.
The contractor will be working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, on site at the Billerica, MA site.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing high volume of candidates/clients
- Customer service and experience working with people at all management levels
- Experience working in a recruiting function
Responsibilities:
- Meet with candidates on-site at a computer kiosk to help them input accurate and comprehensive details into the background check application
- Help candidates obtain employment verifications when needed
- Help organize and deliver on-site orientations
