What You’ll Do
  • Creatively source and recruit senior consultants/contractors through referrals, prospecting, and cold calling.
  • Build a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates to meet client demands.
  • Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with consultants, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Utilize CRM tools, Linked In, and other platforms to track and gather market intelligence.
  • Negotiate competitive pay rates to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate closely with account executives to fulfill client staffing requirements efficiently.
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets.
