Restaurant Manager
Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod’s premier resort and hospitality company, is seeking dynamic and motivated candidates for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities- Assist with training and overseeing dining room staff to ensure guests have a superior dining experience.
- Provide front‑of‑house oversight and managerial support throughout the dining operations.
- Front‑of‑House oversight experience in a dining room or restaurant.
- Experience training, developing, retaining, and scheduling staff.
- Supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.
