• Greet guests upon arrival and use their name.
• Assist with luggage and motor vehicles.
• Escort guests to their rooms.
• Provide room and hotel orientation using maps and directions.
• Respond to guest inquiries.
• Communicate with the Front Desk at all times.
• Manage phone activity at the Bell station and company radios.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
