Responsibilities- Be courteous while meeting and greeting all guests arriving and departing the resort. Be responsible when handling guest luggage.
- Develop loyal relationships with repeat and new guests.
- Be familiar with all hotel services/facilities and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
- Accommodate guest requests for changes courteously and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times.
- Additional duties as assigned by GM, FOM, or FDS.
- Valid MA Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift more than 50 lbs
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to converse with guests and employees in fluid English
- Successful applicant will pass pre-employment background check
