Hotel, Motel, and Resort Desk Clerks at Pelham Hospitality (Pelham House Resort)
Positions AvailableThree locations:
Pelham House Resort (Dennis Port, MA), Pelham on Earle (West Harwich, MA), Pelham on Main (West Dennis, MA). 10 total openings, temporary positions, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, various shift times including 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm, 3pm-11pm, and/or 4pm-12am.
- Greet and assist guests to check in and out of the hotel, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
- Process cash and credit card transactions and make reservations.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Handle guest complaints and issues professionally.
- Offer recommendations for dining options, recreational activities, and entertainment.
- Assist guests in arranging transportation, tours, restaurant reservations, spa appointments, and other special services.
- Supply guests with directions and information about nearby points of interest.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the resort portfolio of resorts, restaurants, hours of operation, and amenities.
Base pay: $19.42 per hour, overtime: $29.13 per hour (subject to availability). Daily subsistence provided at $16.28 per day up to $68 per day with receipts. Transportation (including meals, lodging) to/from employment location provided or reimbursed after completing half the employment period. Housing optional at $200 per week. Other benefits: tools, supplies, and equipment provided at no charge.
RequirementsNo education or prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
