Provide exceptional patient care as part of a cross‑disciplinary team in an outpatient or clinic setting. Assess, plan, and implement occupational therapy interventions, monitor client progress, and collaborate with other health professionals to achieve treatment goals. Document interventions and maintain accurate patient records. Manage caseload within the 13‑week assignment, ensuring continuity of care for patients.

Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Massachusetts. Minimum of 2 years experience in outpatient or clinic setting preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
