Responsibilities
Sandy Pines is a 149 bed residential psychiatric facility serving children and adolescents ages 5 to 17, located in South Florida near Jonathan Dickinson State Park. The Applied Behavior Analysis Therapist provides behavior review, comprehensive behavioral assessment, and individualized behavior plan for identified populations. Responsibilities include assessment, identification of target behaviors, hypothesis on function of target behaviors, data collection and graphic display, narrative summarizing findings, design and oversight of implementation of a behavior modification plan, and development of unit‑based level/point system.

Master’s level degree required along with an active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst certification. Two years of experience working with children and adolescents with serious emotional disturbance, and their families, preferred.
